  3. Packaging: Please ensure that returned items are carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your products and retain proof of return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you decide to return or exchange an item, you must cover the cost of shipping it back to us.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a traceable shipping method (with tracking) to ensure that your returned package reaches us securely.
  • Customs Duties: For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on the returned products. These fees are not covered by jianom and must be paid by the customer. If customs duties are charged, you are required to pay them upon collection of your goods.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping fee paid on your order is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

Return and Refund Process

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
